Bikang cake

Material:

* 500 grams of rice flour
* Cake flour 125 grams
* Tapioca flour / starch and 50 grams

Method:

1. Mix the rice flour, wheat, tapioca and sugar. Stir well.
2. Boil the coconut milk, pandan leaves and salt to a boil, remove from heat.
3. Take as many as 1 200 ml coconut milk, pour in the rice flour mixture gradually while stirring until blended. Add eggs, mix well. Cover dough with cloth or plastic wrap, let sit for approximately 2 hours.
4. Add green food coloring, stir well.
5. Heat mold bikang way, pour the batter. Cook until done. Lift (do not need dicukit), smear the bottom with the remaining coconut milk bikang. Put on the willing and chill.
